Oil Futures Post Big Weekly Losses

Oil futures ended the session little changed but were down sharply on the week as diplomatic efforts and Democrats midterm election win in the U.S. increase hopes for a negotiated solution to the Middle East conflict, although shipping risks remain a concern.
